About this role
We are building a large set of evaluation tasks for the construction and property field. Each task starts from real drawings, documents and site photos, and asks for the same structured deliverable you would produce at work: an egress analysis, a correction list, a plan review decision. You author the task and the correct answer, and a second reviewer in your discipline checks it before it ships. What you would be building Tasks drawn from real fire and life safety review work, including: egress and life safety plan check, fire access plan review, fire alarm review from both the design engineer and the fire marshal seat, sprinkler review from the engineer, fire marshal and property insurer seats, hazardous materials control area review, fire occupancy video inspection, firestop penetration photo verification, and fire system inspection, testing and maintenance report review.
